When should I RSVP?

Answer

Wedding and Welcome Party RSVPs are requested no later than February 25th. Please reply via our website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow our guests a night of uninhibited revelry, we kindly ask you make other arrangements for children under 10.

What about photos?

Answer

We have a guy for that; his name Matt. Please no phones, cameras or tablets during the ceremony. You’re more than welcome to take any personal photos through the rest of the evening.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Let us know in your RSVP if anyone in your party has allergies or serious dietary restrictions.

Answer

The drinks are on us. The hangover is on you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you prefer not to bring your personal vehicle to the event, we have arranged for a small shuttle to transport guests from the Sonesta Bee Cave to Pecan Springs Ranch. Please let us know if you plan to use the shuttle in your RSVP. Ride shares are also easily accessible from the venue.
