Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans. We want you to be comfortable. Ceremony is on grass, stilettos are not suggested.
While we adore your little ones, this day is about us. Please no children under the age of 12. If you cannot attend due to this we completely understand and please decline on RSVP. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to ceremony start time. Please RSVP by October 1, 2024 or sooner. Upon arrival, please check in at gift shop/entrance to the gardens. There you can get a map of the Gardens. Ceremony is in Bird City. Be sure to park on the side of the road, but do not park on the grass. Note: the only restroom is in the gift shop, there are none on the garden grounds that we know of. We look forward to sharing our special day with you!

Reception is a BYOB event. We will have some beverages provided. No children under the age of 12. This is an adults only event.
Reception is at Magnolia Square, Downtown New Iberia, across from IPAL. 111 Iberia Street, New Iberia. There will be a Halloween Parade at 4pm downtown, with Trunk or Treat at 5pm, so parking may be challenging at first. We will have alternate parking, & route maps provided at the ceremony in case of road closures. There is parking along Main Street & St. Peter, and Bouligny Plaza after the Halloween festivities. You can also park in the St. Peter's Church Parking lot and The Daily Iberian Parking Lot. There will be an open bar with a limited choice of beers, along with soda/spritzers. Once it's gone, it's gone. You are welcome to bring your own - BYOB. Preferably no bottles if you can, per the venue. There will be a designated area for your ice chests, and we will have some ice on site. Chicken and Sausage Gumbo will be served buffet style, finger foods, and a Bartender on site to serve your drinks. Please RSVP by October 1, 2024 or sooner.

We will need help to clean up after the reception so that the bride and groom do not have to worry about this. Lori Rivers - the Wedding Co-Ordinator will be in charge of what to put where and where to bring it. Everything must be picked up by and out the building by 1am. Again we will have the U-haul to load up, and it will be brought back to 1418 Willow, New Iberia, LA. On-site cameras are monitored and overtime charges will be charged to the renter. All items brought in by wedding party, vendors, and/or guests will need to be removed at the conclusion of event. All the tables should be cleared, wiped down folded and placed against either side wall of the venue. The kitchenette and portable bars should be free of food and beverages and wiped down. After all of the trash is gathered, the trash bags should be placed in the dumpster provided on the property. *Any item left on property at the end of the event will be disposed of immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The bride and groom are due to catch a 6am flight to their honeymoon. Please assist in cleaning up the ceremony items. Lori Rivers - Wedding Co-Ordinator will be in charge of this event and will know what to put where. Items that have been rented may not get picked up for a few days and Lori will know where to bring them There will be a U-haul truck to load everything and it is to be brought to 1418 Willow under Lori Rivers Supervision. Everything must be removed by 12 noon or a clean up fee is charged. Venue must be returned to its original state.
