Travel
Our venue is located in the village of Frieding, to the South West of Munich, between two lakes - Ammersee and Starnberger See.
From the airport, you can either hire a car and drive directly to the venue, take a taxi (likely to be extremely expensive), or take public transport. With public transport there are a few options, the quickest of which is to take the S8 towards Herrsching, change at Hechendorf for the 928 bus towards Andechs, Kloster, and get off at Frieding, the venue is then 350 metres walk. Alternatively, you can continue to Herrsching and take a taxi directly to the venue.
From the centre of Munich, there are a few options. The quickest (but most expensive) is to take a taxi. The public transport option is the same as that from the airport. You can take the S8 from several central stations, notably Marienplatz, Hauptbahnhof, and Ostbahnhof.

This is our wedding venue. There are several rooms available which we have blocked for both the night before and the night of the wedding. Depending on how many quests wish to stay at the venue, it may be that there is not sufficient space for all our quests. We have therefore also blocked more rooms at a nearby hotel, the details of which are below. We will only use the below hotel if we run out of space at the venue.
