Our wedding palette celebrates the beautiful hues of blues—from soft sky tones to deep navy hues. While we love our color theme, guest color coordination is optional.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the large international airport while Dallas Love Field (DAL) is the smaller domestic airport. They are both easily accessible to all parts of the city.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in northern Plano, Texas. We recommend staying at the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center which is less than 10 minutes from the venue. However feel free to book the hotel of your preference. How do I get around?

Answer

The standard ride share options are available in Dallas such as Uber and Lyft. You may also choose to rent a vehicle upon arrival. Public transportation is less reliable.

How far in advance should I book flights and hotel?

Answer

The ceremony is May 23rd, 2026 which coincides with Memorial Day weekend. It is recommended to book as far in advance as possible.

Is the venue outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) while most all other festivities will be held inside a climate controlled venue. There is a lake and walking trail nearby for leisure use.

What time should I arrive

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. Please plan to arrive between 4:00PM and 4:45PM.

Is Parking Available?

Answer

Yes, there is ample complimentary parking available at the venue.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We respectfully request that all attendees are above 18 years old.

Do I need to let you know if my plans change?

Answer

Yes. If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Doing so will allow us to maintain an accurate headcount for seating and catering.
