Question
Can I drive to the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue, however, the venue is about a 45 minute drive from Fort Collins and primarily on mountain roads so please plan accordingly. We will also be providing a shuttle on a first-come, first-serve basis. The shuttle fits 50 passengers and will be leaving from the Drake Centre in Fort Collins at 3:00pm. Please see the 'Shuttle Info' section below for additional details.

We will have a shuttle leaving from the Drake Center in Fort Collins at 3:15pm. Right now, we only have one shuttle reserved which seats 50 passengers. We will fill the shuttle on a first-come, first-serve basis. If we get over 70+ people who wish to take the shuttle we will likely get another so please sign-up at the link below if you'd like to partake in the shuttle ride, even if there are already 50 people or more ahead of you on the list. We have rented a room inside the Drake Center for everyone to comfortably gather, use restrooms, and wait for the shuttle to arrive. The shuttle ride will be approximately 45-50 minutes each way. The shuttle will include phone charging ports, water & ice, as well as drinkware. The last dance will be at approximately 10:30pm and the shuttle back will be at 10:45pm. There will be an announcement and signs for the shuttle departure. Can I bring my children?

Absolutely. Do what works best for you and your family. Please note that the shuttle rides take about 45-50 minutes each way. Additionally, the shuttles will not be heading back to the drop off location until 11:00pm so please plan accordingly. Lastly, the venue is in a mountainous area with trees and lots of places to wander so please make sure to keep an eye on your crew! Also, we will have an age appropiate menu!

Are there reserved blocks of rooms?
Answer
Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Fort Collins (425 West Prospect road). There are also other hotels and airbnbs throughout Fort Collins that you are welcome to book! Our wedding is on a CSU game day so we suggest booking something as soon as you can!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail attire. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside so expect grass and stone. For the reception, the floor is primarily rock and gravel. There is a wooden dance floor in the center, but please wear shoes you will feel safe and comfortable in!
