Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your children and all the joy they bring, we’ve decided to make this an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our immediate family’s children. We made this decision with care and gratitude, as we want every guest to be fully present. If your little ones are part of our immediate family, their names will appear on your RSVP invitation. We can’t thank you enough for your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Can I bring a date?

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! To keep our gathering intimate, we ask that attendance be limited to the guest listed on your invitation. If a plus one has been included, it will be shown on your RSVP by name or as "Guest." Thank you for your understanding and for sharing in our joy!

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Truly, celebrating with you is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you feel inclined to honor us with something more, we have chosen to set up a honeymoon fund instead of a traditional registry to help us begin our marriage with beautiful memories together. a honeymoon fund box will be available at the reception.

Travel

Answer

For our guests traveling from out of town, the closest airport to Los Molinos is Sacramento International Airport, located approximately two hours south of the venue. Please note that additional travel will be required to reach the wedding location. We recommend renting a car or arranging local accommodations nearby for your convenience and comfort. We are so grateful to those traveling to celebrate with us and appreciate the extra effort it takes to be part of our special day.

Is there a dress code?

Our wedding will take place outdoors in the afternoon. We kindly encourage guests to select formal attire that is both elegant and suitable for the setting. Suits, dresses, and elevated western wear, dark denim paired with a blazer and button-down is perfectly appropriate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Our venue offers on-site parking for all of our guests, including overnight parking if needed. Please be sure to pick up your vehicle the following the day by 9am. Please note that we do not provide transportation to or from the venue, and we cannot guarantee that rideshare services like Uber or Lyft are available in this area. We encourage guests to plan ahead for their travel, whether that means carpooling, renting a vehicle, or arranging a designated driver. Your safety is very important to us, so taking a little extra time to plan your transportation ensures everyone can enjoy the celebration with peace of mind.
