Maid of Honor
Brookey. My beautiful sister & maid of honor. Everyone who meets her cannot help but love her. She is kind, encouraging, & absolutely loves anything to do with the beach. She is the best planner I know, the funniest person, the smartest of people, a Mario Kart wizard, & the best dog / cat mom in the game (shoutout to Kona & Goose). She has been my partner in crime since day one. She fights for what she is passionate about. I can remember her dressing up as a lawyer with a briefcase to present a case to my parents & convince them to take us to the pool. If that not an indication of what she will do for who & what she loves, then I don't know what is. I am thankful for all of our memories & I am excited that you as my maid of honor will be a part of those memories.
Matron of Honor
Jaycee Drew. The realest of the real. Truly beautiful. She works hard at everything she does & loves even harder. She invests all she has into the people she loves & things she is passionate about. Not to mention she is one of the most talented people that I know... & the humblest. She is a servant-hearted friend, wife, & follower of Christ. She is an encourager with the heart to listen. Always down to craft, talk about life, & laugh it out. Her laugh is infectious and her smile can seriously brighten any day. If you don't know Jaycee, you should. She constantly reminds me of the Gospel through conversations & through how faithfully she lives her life. It was an honor to stand beside her as she married her best friend and now she gets to stand by me as I marry mine. SO PUMPED.
Bridesmaid
Gretch. My (slightly taller) kindergarten twin to my (still slightly taller) college roommate. God brought us back together after years apart & it has just been the sweetest thing. We have grown up together, been through so many huge life changes (& world events lol), & seen each other through thick & thin. Thanks for always being an encourager & a listener. Expect to be welcomed with an intentional conversation, a cup of coffee or tea...heck, a cup of anything she can serve you with. If the nickname Old Mother Hubbard is any indication, Gretchen is one of the most selfless people you will ever meet. Her laughter is infectious, she cries when she sees a puppy (or anything sweet), and she somehow manages to see the Lord's provision and plan in all things. It's an honor to be your friend.
Bridesmaid
Maddie Brown. A person so cool they had to make a song about her. An actual ray of sunshine. Knowing her for a day is like knowing her for years. She is a listener, an encourager, & somehow knows what to say in any & every conversation. She will go to any lengths to make someone's day better and I have never known anyone with a heart to care for everyone. She'll laugh at all of your jokes, even if they aren't funny...which is kind of her haha. She loves hard and is one of the strongest people I know. Life sometimes throws curveballs and she has just remained steadfast in the Lord through all things. She sees the good in everything, including me. And Maddie Brown, I see God in you. I couldn't be more excited to have you stand by me at my wedding and through life!
Bridesmaid
Shelbs. My friend for life. She has been by my side since we started high school band (lol) & is now by my side as we graduate college. Crazy. Even through our crazy and completely opposite schedules, she has been a constant in my life, someone I can go to for everything & someone with whom I can just pick up right where we left off. She is beautiful inside & out and has the kindest heart. An animal lover to the max. Catch Shelby with two or more dogs at a time & the thought to rescue another. Selfless & empathetic is what you call that. If you need a friend who will stick by your side through anything & everything, Shelby is your girl. She loves her family & friends like no other. I am so thankful to call her my friend & could not imagine getting married without her by my side.
Best Man
Syd. Our convos...we haven't solved the world's problems yet, but I think we are getting close, HA. On a day-to-day basis, this dude walks with me through life and holds me to a standard that is not of man but of God. Thank you for helping me look a little more like Jesus by confronting me in moments when I wouldn't be recognized as His. I've never been able to be as real with someone as I've been able to be with you. Truly, there is nothing more that I could say except that I am grateful. I am full of gratitude for your authenticity, lack of judgment, and the posture of your heart that wants nothing more out of friendship than to grow in the likeness of Christ alongside each other. We've walked through some difficult things together and it has been a beautiful journey, to say the least.
Groomsman
Garrett. My brother, the one I have always looked up to and aspired to be like. In the beginning, we were skater bois, and somewhere along the way, we got into music. I say we, but really I just did what Garrett did because I thought he was cool, even if I had no interest at all. The music thing stuck for me though. If it weren't for Garrett's interest in music when we were kids, I would have never even picked up drumsticks. Now, I may not mimic every move Garrett makes, but in the most important way, I look to Garrett as an example. I want to be half the husband, and eventually the father (a very long time from now) that you are. The way that you love Mary and Ava is truly inspiring. Thank you for how you've supported me over the years. You have no idea what an impact your support has.
Groomsman
My dude Zach. I am so incredibly grateful that Jaycee and Bree were roommates because this meant being in proximity with you pretty often. You've no idea what kind of impact seeing you interact with the world as a follower of Christ has made on me. The way that you selflessly love Jaycee, genuinely care for ALL people (making them feel like the most important person in the room), and are passionate about all that you do (easily convincing others of that passion), is admirable. You are incredibly approachable, easy to talk with, and easy to believe in. Truly, I have mad respect for you. When I thought of the kind of person I wanted standing next to Bree and me on this big day, you had to be there. I know that you will continue to point us toward Christ, keeping us focused on glorifying Him.

TreyJ. The crossing of our paths has been the biggest blessing. I knew the moment that we got to sit down and have a legit conversation that there was a deep and meaningful friendship there. Dude, you're goofy and incredibly hilarious but not without a radical focus on Jesus and a deep conviction for excellence that honors the Lord. Your heart to come alongside others and help them progress in their relationship with the Lord, but also their craft is incredibly inspirational. Your heart screams development, something that just flows from you without ceasing. This is easy to see if you look at the places where you've been and compared it to what things looked like before you arrived on the scene. I am grateful to know you, to call you friend, and to have you stand with me on our big day.

Ben boi. Dude, it has been an absolute pleasure to get to do life with you. In knowing you I have not only been encouraged to pursue the Lord in a deeper and more meaningful way, but I have also developed a deep conviction for preparation and practice in application to education as a whole. I do not know a guy that is as detailed and as informed as you are. I have learned in a deeper way that we as humans can leverage education as a means of personal development that is honoring to the Lord. You've no idea how this has influenced the excellence that I attempt to withhold as a Bible Scholar, knowing that my commitment to academic excellence is honoring to the Lord. But, it is applied knowledge that you have taught me. In this case not just to know about the Lord, but to truly know the Lord.
