Guests can arrive at The Adelphi Hotel for the ceremony starting at 1:30pm. The ceremony begins promptly at 2pm.
Parking in downtown Saratoga Springs can be quite a challenge in the busy summer months. Depending on which hotel you end up staying in, some are within walkable distances to the ceremony and reception dinner. We recommend researching ahead of the wedding day and look at street parking, parking garages, and valet parking services through The Adelphi at an extra cost.

The reception is held across the street at The 408 event Space right above the Mexican restaurant Cantina's. **You must enter through the front doors of Cantina's and use the stairs or elevator in the restaurant to the 2nd floor** The 408 Space is within walking distance of the ceremony at The Adelphi. Shuttle can be provided who those who need.
Albany Airport is the closest airport
The ceremony will be indoors as well as the reception dinner afterwards. Walking/shuttle will be needed to get to the reception. It is about a block and a half across the street from the ceremony.
While we don't have a strict dress code, semi formal attire such as suits and dresses, are acceptable and the wedding will have a spring theme. If you want to match our theme, spring colors are welcome! Ivory/White is reserved for the bride. Our Bridal and Grooms party will consist of a Dusty blue
We want our ceremony to be device free - we want an intimate moment between us and all our loved ones! Don't worry though, all ceremony photos will be done by our photographer. After the ceremony is done, any pictures will be welcomed.
While we wish we could celebrate with everyone, we won't be able to accommodate anyone who is not listed on the invitation and guest list.
We ask that only those on the invitation attend the ceremony.
You coming to our wedding to celebrate our marriage is already enough to ask for. We are fortunate to enter this marriage with many items a newlywed couple typically has on their registry. If you still would like to provide a gift, we kindly ask that it is monetary; through out registry fund (Venmo, cash, check, etc). As we begin the next steps of our future together, we'll soon be searching for a permanent home. We added a honeymoon found and newlywed fund to our registry page.
We won't be having an open bar, but there will be a selection of drinks available! We're keeping things simple, and we really want everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration with us. For those who want an alcoholic beverage, there will be a cash/credit bar available.
We tried getting hotel blocks, but due to the nature of the town in summer months, it was quite hard for us to receive one. People have been choosing near by hotels such as The Embassy Suites and Saratoga Hilton. If you need any help, please reach out!
