What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive anytime between 2:30–2:55 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly after 2:55 PM, so please plan to be seated by then.

Where do I park?

Answer

The venue has its own private parking lot with plenty of available spaces for all guests.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes—both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, so no additional travel is needed throughout the day.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes! The bar will open immediately after the ceremony during cocktail hour, along with light bites to enjoy. Dinner will begin at 5:30 PM, and the open bar will continue all night.

Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be adults‑only, unless previously discussed with the Bride and Groom (for example, children who are part of the wedding party).

Are cards or envelopes okay to bring to the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely. Cards and envelopes are welcome, and there will be a card box available at the reception.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The forecast is calling for a mix of clouds and sun around 69°F with high winds. In the evening, temperatures will drop to around 47°F with some clouds. Since we’ll be in the foothills, we recommend bringing a jacket.
