FAQs

Question

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

No, but the resort has reserved a special rate, and this will make planning for the trip much easier for you!

Question

What is the recommended dress?

Answer

Casual cocktail attire. November in Mexico will be warm and pleasant and should not be too hot.

Question

How should I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

The three best options are coordinating a shuttle with the resort ahead of time, Uber, or a Taxi. Taxi's all accept U.S. currency via cash or card and almost all speak fair English. This area is known for its tourism, so they will know how to get you to the resort. Also, keep in mind that most cell phone carriers today automatically consider Mexico as an included feature in your cellphone plan.

Question

How long should I stay?

Answer

Most guests will be able to celebrate this day with us best by booking their trip to fly in on Friday, November 5, and fly out on Sunday, November 7. However, many groups have already reached out to us to let us know they are turning our wedding into a mini-vacation of their own, and plan to stay for an entire week! Brandon and Tiffany are planning to stay until mid-week after the wedding to enjoy some time with the family post-wedding.

Question

Covid?

Answer

The resort has Covid protocols in place on its website. It is still recommended that travel insurance be included when purchasing flights and the resort stay.

Question

Passports?

Answer

For those that do not currently hold a U.S. Passport please allow 4 months from date of application to receipt of passport.
