Time Line
Shuttles will have a scheduled arrival time at each hotel of 3:45 pm and a departure time of 4:15 pm. Guest will begin arriving at the venue at 5:00 pm and the ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. There will be a variety of drinks and appetizers. Starting at 7:00 pm the reception will begin with dances, speeches, dinner, and so much more. The couples' send-off will be around 11:00 pm.
Hotel pick up information
Marriott Summit Watch
Exit hotel lobby and head left to main street. Once you see Burton Snowboard Shop continue right down main street until you hit the roundabout. The bus will pick up in the roundabout.
Waldorf Astoria
The bus will pick up right outside the main lobby.
Westgate
The bus will pick up right outside the main lobby.
