Does the venue have parking available?

Answer

The venue itself does not have any parking. Below are options where parking is available, we recommend that you come early so there's enough parking spaces available for everyone as we'll have to share with the public: Kings Beach Recreation Area (https://maps.app.goo.gl/xX54Wev5eBR8gvS56) Right next to the venue Fee: $10/vehicle for the day. Can I bring a date / plus one / children / additional guests?

Answer

We are very excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue’s capacity and our own budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your RSVP entry.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both events will be at the same location. The ceremony will take place outside with Kings Beach in view. Cocktail hour and the reception will be inside the building.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

It should be sunny with the temperature around 75-85 degrees.

Is there a dress code? What should we wear?

Answer

We'd love to see everyone dressed up on our big day! So wear your best semi-formal or cocktail attire. Dark colors are suggested as the theme is 'To the Moon & Back'. Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. We will have a photographer and videographer that will be capturing the ceremony. This is an intimate part of the wedding, and would love for you all to be in the moment with us!

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st, using the RSVP tab in the above menu. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What are my options if I'm unable to attend?

Answer

You will be dearly missed!! If you are not able to make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by selecting 'not attending' when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:30pm. It's suggested to arrive at the minimum 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow ample time for parking and finding your seat.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! The drinks are on us, however the hangover will be on you! Just kidding, just be ready to party and have fun to celebrate with us! Please remember to drink responsibly and be sure you have a safe way to return to your accommodation.
