Reception and ceremony are at the same site. The reception area is an indoor/outdoor combination so bring a light jacket or coverup in case it's cool at night. We will have a few heaters in place just in case as well in the outdoor courtyard.
We're not having a black tie event, wear something formal/cocktail attire! We do ask that there aren't guests in blue jeans, short, flip flops, etc for picture purposes, but you don't need a ballgown or a three-piece suit! We'll be dancing the night away, be as comfortable as you can!
We recommend that you find childcare options for the reception for any young children, as there will loud music with some profanity and alcohol at our celebration. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further. We leave this up to our guest's discretion (you know your family better than we do!), but please make sure to note that you are bringing children on your RSVP's so that we can accommodate. There will not be any responsibility on the wedding venue or party for your littles who may get hurt at the reception site. Please be mindful if you choose to bring your children and note that there will not be a designated adult who will be watching over any young children in attendance.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM. Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow time for parking, signing our guest book, taking any pictures desired, and getting seated for the ceremony.
We will not be having a seating chart for our reception. We will be having an open seating arrangement for all of our guests and a self-serve taco bar. We do ask that you leave your seat in clean enough order for another guest to eat at if they desire to be seated behind you when you are finished eating.
We will be having a cocktail hour from 5PM - 6PM for our guests with some light hors d'oeuvres while the newlyweds take photos. Dinner will be served shortly after.
We ask that you RSVP by November 22, 2024. You can RSVP by mail or by contacting the bride, groom, or wedding planner.
Yes, there will be alcohol but there is to be no OPEN liquor bottles on the premises. We will be serving beer, wine, and alcoholic seltzers at our reception.
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos of the ceremony with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
