It Finally Happened!

We had a mutual friend but were unfamiliar with each other. Then one day, I decided to add him back on Instagram and our friendship began there. I was not up to a relationship but, he never gave up. Eventually I fell head over heels for him and never looked back.

Brandon always joked with me that he would propose at a time I'd have no idea. He was not kidding! I had just finished getting ready for bed. It was two in the morning, I was in my pajamas, and my hair was wet in a bun. Brandon asked me to meet him under the mistletoe. He stated "what if I proposed to you right now?" I replied saying "but.. I'm in my pajamas!" as I thought it was a joke. Sure enough, it was not! He got down on one knee and I instantly started to cry. Best Christmas present ever.
