Formal invitations will be sent out later in 2026 with the official RSVP deadline included then. Since this is a destination wedding, we completely understand that it might not be possible for everyone to attend. If you already know you won’t be able to join us, we’d really appreciate a heads up, but please know there are absolutely no hard feelings. We love you and are just so happy to have you in our lives!
Approximately 1.5 hours. The drive is beautiful and we recommend lodging either halfway between (in Boulder, CO or an adjacent city) or within Estes Park. Any airport closer to Estes Park will normally be more expensive to fly into.
We recommend renting a car or booking a shuttle through Estes Park Shuttles. The shuttle company recommends booking at least one week in advance. While you can order an Uber/taxi from DEN to Estes Park on arrival, you will not be able to call an Uber from Estes Park to DEN. As such, if you do not plan to rent a car, we suggest at least securing the shuttle for your departure. As an alternative, the Explore Estes Ride Service can take you to Boulder where you can then catch an Uber or Lyft to DEN. While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event.
The wedding ceremony will be indoors, with glass doors open in the covered ceremony space (weather permitting.) The cocktail hour will take place both indoors/outdoors, with heaters provided outside. The reception will take place indoors. There will also be a coat check available for you to store your coats.
Yes there will! Select beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits will be available on us, as well as non-alcoholic options. Please note if you are not use to elevation, your alcohol tolerance will be lower so please be aware.
We kindly request black tie optional | formal attire for our wedding. This means you can wear a tuxedo, formal suit with tie, floor length or ankle length evening gowns, or formal jumpsuit.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
There are little to no taxis or ubers in the town of Estes Park. Depending on where you stay, much of the town is walkable. However, when maneuvering around the town for the weekend, please do not rely on ubers/taxis to get you home.
