We met over facebook where Shakirah replied to Brandon's story about horses. We continued to chat and eventually exchanged numbers resulting in Brandon making a trip down to Florida. Since then, we have been inseparable.

A few weeks prior, Brandon badly injured his leg while golfing. Within the blink of an eye, Shakirah and Brandon's mom Ms. Tanya rushed to the emergency room where Brandon was. Over the next two weeks, Brandon was recovering from his injury and Shakirah made sure that Brandon and all of the animals were well taken care of. One day when returning home from work, Brandon popped the question. It was a true special moment for the two as they most recently purchased a home together and created a memory that will last a lifetime within their newly purchased home. Shakirah of course, said YES! We are beyond excited to celebrate and enter into this next chapter of our lives with you. See y'all in East Bernard!
