How God Brought us Together

In July 2019 Brandon and Seojin first met at Charis Bible College. Seojin was visiting the campus from Korea. This was her first time in America. Brandon was excited to meet with a “Korean girl” on campus. After a dinner and 4th of July fireworks, it was time for Seojin to leave. Honestly, they both didn’t think they would ever meet again. Six weeks later, Brandon landed in Korea to start his new job at a high school near Seoul. Brandon knew Seojin was also moving from her old apartment to an area near Brandon’s school. None of this was planned out by them. Also worth noting, Seojin was not intentionally moving to be near Brandon. Seojin soon realized that her new apartment was literally going to be “right next to Brandon’s.” Both were shocked! As soon as she moved, they immediately met up and a few weeks later Brandon asked Seojin to be his girlfriend. Fast forward, a year later, and Brandon’s contract at his school was finished. He wasn’t sure what the future would hold for both of them at that point. However, Brandon had peace that somehow if he and Seojin were meant to be together, God would make their paths cross again. Several months later, Seojin was visiting the States for an event at which they both had an opportunity to met up for several days. Seojin would only be staying in America for a little bit before returning to Korea. However, they both chose to continue pursuing God's will in their relationship despite the distance. This year Seojin AGAIN visited America, this time Florida, where Brandon recently moved. However, this time Brandon and Seojin decided they couldn’t let each other go. Seojin did not get back on her flight to Korea, as planned, and they started the process of making their relationship secure and eternal by a covenant with God through the marriage union.

For all the days along the way
