Our Story Some love stories begin with a chance encounter, a blind date, or a little online help. Ours began with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, an annual girls’ night out at rodeo, and a golf cart ride from the future groom. Savannah and Brandon first met while volunteering at the rodeo. Though their paths crossed many times, it wasn’t until a few years later that fate quietly stepped in. While Savannah may not have noticed Brandon right away, one golf cart ride for her and her friends, and his thoughtful gesture the next morning (bringing her much-needed ibuprofen and an energy drink on an early morning shift) left an impression she wouldn’t forget. As they spent more time together, a friendship began to grow into something more. Their first date was at a local Mexican restaurant, where conversation flowed easily and the evening seemed to pass quickly—until exactly 8:00 p.m., when Brandon called it a night because it was “getting late.” It became one of those early memories they would laugh about and lovingly retell for years to come. From there, their story unfolded naturally. They spent time together with friends, built a life full of laughter and adventure, and around Brandon’s birthday, decided to make it official. In the years that followed, they created countless unforgettable memories and shared incredible adventures. From Australia and France to New York City and Newport Beach, they explored the world together, creating a life rich with love, laughter, adventure, and shared dreams. Then, on December 30, 2025, Brandon asked Savannah to spend forever with him. High above Manhattan, on the rooftop of a dear friend’s building, with the Freedom Tower glowing in the skyline and the Statue of Liberty in the distance, Brandon got down on one knee and asked her to be his forever. And, of course… She said yes, Now, surrounded by the people they love most, they are excited to begin their next chapter together and celebrate the start of a lifetime of adventures still to come. ❤️
