Yes. Parking is on site and a minimal walk to ceremony/reception area.
Because our wedding ceremony & reception will be held within Calgary city area, transportation for those who opt to stay offsite will not be provided. Uber will be available 24/7.
A full open bar will be available for all guests during the reception.
We’ll be serving a delicious buffet-style meal, so you can choose from a variety of dishes to suit your taste! If you have any allergies or restrictions, please indicate them in your RSVP. We'll pass along the information to our planner and do our best to accommodate. Drinks will be available at our open bar throughout the reception.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for! If you feel as if we forgot someone please reach out to the couple.
Yes! children are welcome, but only if they’ve been personally invited by the bride and groom. We kindly ask guests to note that attendance for little ones is by invitation only, as space is limited and we want to ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable celebration.
August in Calgary is warm and mostly sunny, perfect for celebrating! Daytime temperatures are around 22°C (72°F), and evenings cool down to about 8°C (46°F).
The dress code is from semi formal to formal attire: tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. Avoid wearing white or anything too close to the bride’s color. Since our wedding is during the summer season, we recommend wearing something light and comfortable to enjoy the celebration.
