Answer

Since we are a small group, and we will be indoors, we ask that you dress up! Hawai'i Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are formal Hawaiian print shirts and dresses. Ceremony will be outside at the Bayside Chapel, so expect warm weather.

Question

Answer

While we’d love to have everyone, we’re keeping things intimate and personal. We hope you’ll understand that invitations are extended only to those named. We truly can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Question

Answer

We adore your little ones, and promise there will be many moments in the future for them to join us. For this day, we’ve chosen an adults-only celebration so everyone can fully unwind and soak in the fun. The only exception is younger family members related to the wedding couple that we've already approved ahead of time.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our Wedding is held at the Outrigger Kona Resort & Spa. Kailua Kona holds many hotels sprinkled down the coast, and many rentals and airbnbs are available. For Non-Kamaaina, we have a room block at Outrigger Kona Resort & Spa. Please refer to the invitation for the room code.

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style. Please let the Wedding couple know if you have allergies so we can have little signs for you to avoid any triggers.

Question

When should I arrive?When should I arrive?

Answer

We’ll be beginning promptly at 4:30pm. We’d be grateful if you could arrive 15-30minutes early to get settled. Note the Chapel with the ceremony is going to be held only has enough seating for 50. Besides the few pews that are reserved for family, seating will be first come first sat. Unfortunately people will need to stand, but Rose has been wanting this specific chapel since she first moved to Hawaii 2008.

Answer

We get complimentary hotel self-parking for the ceremony and reception at Outrigger Kona Resort & Spa. Just pull right in.
