Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation provided to and from the designated wedding hotel and venue. The shuttle will pickup guests at the Woodland Holiday Inn at 3:30 PM, 3:45 PM, and 4:00 PM. The shuttle will also return guests from the Maples to the hotel at 9:00 PM, 9:15 PM, 9:30 PM, 9:45 PM, 10:00 PM

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00 PM for the ceremony to start at 4:30 PM. Parking will be on the side of the venue and an escort to bring you to the front of the venue. Although the invitation says arrive by 3:30 PM for a 4:00 PM ceremony start, we have pushed the ceremony time to 4:30 PM due to expected heat. Welcome refreshments will be available upon arrival.
