Not many people can say they met their soulmate the first day of high school. High school orientation is a big day for any teenager but, for Michaela and Brandon, it was a day that would impact the rest of their lives. Brandon spotted Michaela from across the DePaul Catholic High School gymnasium and asked a mutual friend to introduce them and, well...the rest is history. Although the two did not officially start dating until their senior year of high school, it was love at first sight and both still remember the exact moment they met to this day. Throughout high school, Brandon and Michaela always had eyes for each other and built a solid foundation of friendship. Over a decade later, the couple has been through all life's major milestones side by side. Brandon and Michaela are partners, best friends, and most importantly, "Mom" and "Dad" to the love of their lives, a Yorkie named, Little Bo Peep.
