Question

How does COVID-19 affect the ceremony?

Answer

The venue has thoroughly looked over safe operating guidelines from the city, county and state. During the closure period, The Vintage Rose has installed multiple touchless hand washing and sanitizer zones, reconfigured seating arrangements and common areas for maximum use of space, and they have also implemented new procedures for the staff. We will continue to provide details as they come.

Question

What are the COVID-19 procedures?

Answer

Please plan accordingly to arrive ahead of the ceremony time (as early as 5:00pm) to be checked-in. The venue requires each guest to have a mask with them upon entering. However, usage remains at the discretion of the individual. There are no enforcement procedures in place. We encourage and support guests to implement the use of masks depending on personal preference. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Question

Can cars be parked overnight at the venue?

Answer

No parking is allowed overnight at the event venue parking lot. Vehicles left overnight will be towed at the owner's sole expense. Uber or Lyft is a great option!
