Our venue is easily accessible, set primarily on one level and has wheelchair accessible washrooms. The wedding will all take place in one area, with seating available at all times.

Where is the Ceremony

We have opted to do the full wedding indoors at Bates, this way guests will be comfortable, and we do not have to plan alternative ceremony spaces for weather

Please let us know if you will be attending by July 30th, to allow for final details of our planning If you have trouble RSVPing via this website, please reach out to the Bride or Groom

Drinks?

Answer

Our venue has a cash bar that will be serving alcoholic beverages for our guests, the venue is NOT BYOB, for safety and insurance purposes. As a gift to our wonderful guests, the Bride and Groom will provide each guest with a drink ticket to have one free drink. We will have non- alcoholic beverages available throughout our day.

Can I bring my kids

Answer

Although we would love to see everyones kiddos, we have chosen to have an adult only ceremony. If we haven't already connected with you, please use our special day as a date night!

Do I have a plus one?

As much as we would love to dance the night away with the whole world, our venue disagrees :( . Please refer to your invitation for guests included.
