What to wear?

Formal attire is requested. The venue is equipped with central heating.

Where to stay?

We have room blocks at two hotels in Aberdeen. Please see accommodations tab for more information.

Transportation

Answer

We have booked a shuttle service through American Limousines. Pickup location(s) to be at and/or within walking distance of the hotels. Hotel to Vandiver Trip #1: Pickup around 2:00 pm Trip #2: Pickup around 3:00 pm Ceremony at 3:30 pm Shuttle service will resume around 9:15 pm and will alternate drop-off locations between the hotels and Coakley's Pub (after-party). Final shuttle will leave Coakley's Pub around 12:30 am.

We're so excited to celebrate our special day with you and request this be an adult-only (21+) event. Thank you for understanding.

After party?

Answer

Absolutely! The Vandiver is in a residential area, so loud noise stops at 10:00 pm. Prior to 10:00 pm we will start making our way to Coakley's Pub to keep the party going! The pub is a short walk from the venue.

Smoking and Vaping

Answer

For those that partake, there is a designated smoking / vaping area in the gardens next to the pavilion. There is a sign at the top of the gazebo - you won't miss it. The Vandiver has a strict policy regarding this. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
