Megan and Brandon were both on the dating app "Hinge" and actually met the first day they matched. Megan and Brandon were both out for the night in Rosemont and met at Bub City. Little did they know that that one quick encounter would be the start to the rest of their lives.

For Valentine's Day weekend, Brandon told Megan to pack a bag for a little get away. The week leading up to the trip, Brandon was acting a bit suspicious, but Megan didn't think they would get engaged until later on in the year. The couple drove to Lake Geneva and visited the Ice Castles. They walked through the entire exhibit and then Brandon told Megan that they needed to re-walk it one more time. During the second walk, Brandon asked a random stranger to start taking pictures and then he dropped down to one knee. Megan was surprised and responded by nodding her head yes. The couple spent the night dining at the Grand Geneva and lodging at Geneva National. It was a weekend that they will never forget!
