How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please mail back the RSVP card sent with your invitation. Be sure to include the names of everyone in your party and print how you'd like them written on the seating chart. Please do not bring anyone your invitation is not addressed to. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The Ceremony starts at 3:30. Please arrive by 3:15 at the latest.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please use this as an excuse to wear something fun and fancy that makes you happy! Semi-Formal. Color, pattern, and joy is encouraged!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception? What if I need assistance or accommodations?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at the same location, and there is ample parking provided. Please let us know if you need any assistance and that can be arranged. If you do not let us know of any accommodations you may need before the event, we cannot promise that the venue will be able to meet those needs.

Can I bring my kids?

Only the 3 children that are a part of the wedding party may attend. Please do not bring anyone that your invitation is not addressed to. The number of expected guests is listed on your RSVP card.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We have a registry through Amazon you can see on the registry tab. There is an option to send gifts to yourself or to our house. Either option is fine with us, but it would be easier for both parties if larger gifts were sent to our address. Cash gifts are also greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hamilton NY is about 15 minutes away and has many hotel and AirBnb-like options as it is near Colgate College. The Turning Stone Casino is 45 minutes away. Hotels do seem to be filling up, so an AirBnb or Vrbo may be the best option.

What if I have an allergy?

Please notify us when you RSVP and we will let the caterer know.
