WE'RE GETTING MARRIED

Maddie and Brandon met at good ole' Southern High School. They have been together for what may seem like forever! The two high-school sweethearts started dating when Maddie was 15 and Brandon was 17 (and trust me, Jim Sturgell was not too happy about that one). As Brandon left to go to Kent School in the fall of 2016, the two continued their relationship without even talking about the chance of them separating due to the distance. Both went to live out their collegiate athletic dreams in basektball and lacrosse. Chasing their dreams and then some, both Maddie and Brandon accepted their 5th year of eligibility granted by the NCAA. While Maddie earned a Masters degree from Jacksonville University, Brandon pursued his ultimate dream: playing professional basketball. Brandon is now in his 3rd season professionally in Europe while Maddie has successfully landed a job opportunity in her dream field of sports. Maddie now travels to Brandon a few times a year to stay in Europe with him and Brandon comes home in the summers to train. We don't know how they do it, but they are something special.
