When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by the 20th of May 2026 in order for us to plan accordingly.

Does Meulstroom have any card facilities?

Answer

No, unfortunately due to bad signal all purchases at the Meulstroom Bar, Coffee Bar (Cappuccinos and so on) and Tuck-shop will be cash.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We would love to celebrate with all our loved ones. Please note that the safety of all children and teenagers will be the responsibility of the parents/ guardians. Parents to always keep an eye on their children due to the Wilge River and wildlife in the area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Kindly let us know of any food allergens before as we would like to advise the venue beforehand.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Meulstroom has enough parking available on their premises in the 'General Parking area'. There is no parking available at the rooms.

What amenities are in the rooms?

Answer

All rooms are equipped with white linen, towels, a kettle, and a bar fridge.

What are the check-in and check-out times for the weekend?

Answer

Check-in on Friday: Strictly from 16:00 Check-in on Saturday: After 11:00 Check-out on Sunday: At 09:00 (before breakfast)

Unfortunately, we can't attend the wedding. Will there be a live stream for the guests living abroad?

Answer

YES! We are looking at live streaming the ceremony for our guest who lives far away. Ensuring you also have a part in our wedding.

What would you like for your wedding gift?
