Yes! We have a room block at the Hampton Inn located in Bath, Maine. This hotel is approximately 20 minutes away from our venue. Just give the hotel a call and let them know that you are interested in booking a room there for the Slappy wedding, and they will give you the room block rate!
There is an airport in Portland, Maine (PWM) that is about one hour from our venue! Although there are direct flights to this airport, it is a small airport, so you may find it more affordable to fly into Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). This is about a 2.5 hour drive from our venue. We can give lots of recommendations on things to do in the Boston area if you decide to travel through Boston!
Cocktail attire!
The wedding ceremony and the reception will both be held at Grey Havens Inn located in Georgetown, Maine! We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour on the porch, and reception on the lawn!
We have a limited number of parking spots at the venue, so we are providing transportation from the Hampton Inn in Bath to & from the wedding! If you decide to stay closer by in Georgetown, we ask that you let us know if you plan to drive yourself to the wedding, so we can account for your car. Georgetown is a small town, so it’s very unlikely that there will be any ride apps available. Plan to use the provided transportation from Bath or stay at one of the rentals or Inns close enough by to walk, if possible!
