1. Fish: Cod with shrimp bread soup, garlic and coriander, fresh tomato with vierge sauce. 2. Chicken: Guinea fowl breast with roasted carrot, wild mushrooms, and rosemary sauce. 3. Vegan: Crispy Roll stuffed with Asian vegetables, chickpea and dried tomato stew, watercress salad, coconut, citrus sauce.
