What time does the bus pick up?

Answer

The bus will pick up from both room blocks promptly at 4:30. Citrus on the Lake’s pickup will be infront of the main building. Mission resorts pickup will be at the San Diego building. Please do not be late.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have 2 room blocks. One at Mission Resort and one at Citrus on the Lake. Please visit the travel page of this website to reserve your room. If the Mission Resort site is not working please call 800-874-9053 to book. Our group name is Bruce Helms Wedding Weekend Please note that booking with the room block gives you a good discount!

What is the dress code?

Answer

This means men should wear a jacket and tie, and women should choose an elegant dress. Black tie optional gives you permission to go as dressed-up as you’d like—so if you’ve been waiting for an excuse to wear a long, glamorous dress, this is your moment!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at The Howey Mansion. If you do not wish to take the bus, the venue has plenty of parking available with attendants.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be child free. We hope this gives parents a chance to relax and celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm. Please be seated 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
