When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP before August 1, 2026, so we can save you a seat and include you in the dinner plans. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate those who don’t RSVP by this date.

is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The area is primarily grassy so please plan accordingly for footwear!

What's for dinner?

Answer

We will be having the reception dinner catered by a local Brainard company, Pit Happens. This will be a taco bar with carnitas and chicken meat options as well as sides of smoked mac and cheese and chips & Queso. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the catering, we are unable to accommodate food restrictions through our catering. Please reach out to Kendra or Brandon with any questions or concerns regarding this!

Is it an open bar?

Answer

We will be hosting an open bar! The bartenders will have a tip jar available and we encourage you to tip them for their service!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be on-site parking available at Deer Trail Resort for guests who choose to drive themselves. Please note that if we experience heavy rain in the days leading up to the wedding, some parking areas may be a bit muddy—so plan accordingly!
