We respectfully request no children under 18 at the wedding and reception. Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. The bride and groom request that this be an adults-only event, outside of the wedding party. Please consider it an adult date night with food, drinks and dancing.

The wedding will begin promptly at 5 PM. It is recommended that you arrive no later than 4:30 to be seated. If you arrive after the wedding ceremony is set to begin, you will not be allowed to be seated until the event is over so as not to interrupt the ceremony. The ceremony will start at 5 PM and with the reception to immediately follow and end at 11 PM.
No, once we have given our attendees and headcount to the vendors, we will not allow additional attendees. Seating and meals are set up for those that are invited only. Should you have something come up, please reach out to the bride or groom.

Yes, we will have beer and wine available for the reception. This is an open bar and all tips will be taken care of by the bride and groom. Please note that due to the venues licensing, no outside alcohol is allowed on premises. Only the TAB licensed bartenders are allowed to serve alcohol to guests. Anyone found with outside alcohol, will be escorted out by security.
Yes, several off duty police officers are on site for the duration of the event. This is a venue requirement and allows for a smooth flow of events for the evening as well as all guests safety as alcohol is being served. Should you have any problems during the event, please reach out to the security team to assist.
Yes! The wedding portion is outside and has a paver stone path. All buildings have wheelchair ramps and accessibility paths. For those dropping someone off, there is a covered porte-cochere in front of the venue.
The wedding is outdoors and the reception is indoors. However, if it ends up raining, the wedding will be moved indoors. The bride and groom have chosen May and 5PM as a start time hoping the weather will be nice and not too hot.
