Freshman year in college we were hanging out with a group of friends. He was cute in that dorky way, but so sweet. As our friend group became smaller we started hanging out more by ourselves and quickly became best friends. After a few months he finally asked me out and I happily agreed.

For Thanksgiving week we went to visit my family in Rhode Island. The day before Thanksgiving we decided to take a tour of this beautiful mansion in Newport. After our tour we were walking along the grounds outside in the FEEZING cold weather. We stopped to take a picture and he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him, I said yes!
