Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate in formal style! Gentlemen are asked to wear tuxedos or dark suits with ties (jackets required after 5:00 pm per venue policy). Ladies may wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses. Kindly note that the Club does not permit jeans, sneakers, cargo pants, sweats, or T-shirts.

Can I bring a guest/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your invitation. We kindly ask that no additional guests attend unless specifically invited by us. We can’t wait to celebrate together!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding celebration will be adults-only. The only children in attendance will be those participating in our wedding party. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided for guests between the hotel and Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club. Shuttle schedule details and pickup times will be shared closer to the wedding date.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to find your seat.
