The ceremony starts at 5:00pm EST, please arrive no earlier than 4:30pm EST.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes, parking will be provided free of charge. When arriving to the event, attendants will be helping direct you on where you can park.

Is their any ADA accessibility?
Answer
Yes, if you are in need of assistance to get to the ceremony from your parking spots due to disabilities, please let us know. The venue can chauffer you to the ceremony.

Does your caterer accommodate to food allergies?
Answer
Yes, food can be accommodated to you based off of allergies or dietary restrictions. Please let us know when you RSVP so we can inform our venue.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Absolutely! If you’re planning on bringing a friend, a date, or kids please kindly include them with their name when you RSVP.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire is preferred, but clothing such as khaki pants, sundresses, ties, and rompers are appropriate

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To ensure our venue can accommodate all of our guests, please RSVP by April 11, 2025. You can do so by locating the RSVP tab on our site. Please also add the name of your plus one as well.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Our venue is located 20 minutes away from downtown Athens where plenty of hotels are located. We’ve listed some common ones on our travel tab. We also recommend local AirBNB and VRBO.
