Should I bring my camera/phone?

Answer

Absolutely! You’re our photographer for the day - so snap away! We’d love for you to capture sweet moments, funny scenes, and memories with our family and friends as we celebrate. A QR code will be provided for easy photo uploads.

Should I bring my bathing suit?

Answer

Of course! An outdoor pool and hot tub are waiting for you! The pool, hot tub, and fire pit are available to our wedding guests until 2am!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We respectfully request that attendance be limited to those named on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding.

What are we doing when the wedding ends?

Answer

You’re welcome to join us by the fire pit for s’mores, take a swim in the pool, or relax in the hot tub until 2 a.m. Please remember—no glass, per venue rules. Thank you for understanding!

What beverage options will be available at the reception?

An open bar will be available, offering beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted in accordance with venue rules.

Venue policy on minor's drinking and outside alcohol.

Answer

"It is the policy of Caberfae Peaks, in accordance with Michigan state law, to strictly prohibit any beverage to be brought into any banquet facility by guests. Caberfae Peaks Resort and resort representatives according to the Michigan Liquor Control Board regulations are obligated by law to: • Refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either underage or the proper identification cannot be produced. • Discontinue alcoholic beverage service if underage alcohol consumption is identified and continues after the client and/or the client’s guests have been advised to cease. • Sequester any alcoholic beverage not purchased through Caberfae Peaks and brought onto the property by the client or the client’s guests. • Discontinue alcoholic beverage service and/or end the event before the contracted time if these policies are clearly disregarded without reservation or refund of payment. As the contracted client(s), it is your responsibility to inform your guests of these policies and the implications that may arise if said policies are not adhered to."
