Semi-formal. It will be summer in Tennessee, so expect hot weather! The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be mostly inside.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm, so we ask that you arrive early. The shuttle up the mountain to the venue can take about 10 minutes and you may have to wait if it's full, so please plan accordingly.
Yes! We are working with our shuttle service to offer a door-to-door shuttle to ensure there is no drinking and driving and everyone can enjoy themselves. If you are hoping to use the shuttle, it is preferred that you stay at the Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge, but we can try to arrange other locations and cabins if needed. Please let us know in your RSVP so we can get you on the pickup schedule!
If you choose to drive yourself to the wedding, the venue is located up a mountain and has limited parking onsite. The Magnolia has an agreement with Smoky Mountain Ziplines (509 Mill Creek Rd, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863) where guests will park their cars and will be shuttled up to the venue from there.
Of course! There will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres after the ceremony and a dinner later on in the night. And don't forget the cake and an open bar! If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in your RSVP so we can accommodate.
