What should I wear?

Answer

Dress for the weather! The reception is in a barn that is not air conditioned or heated. Casual dress is accepted (Guys-anywhere from dark jeans to slacks are fine and wear at least a step up from a t-shirt on top. Ladies-"summer" dresses/outfits are great!)

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

We have a room block at Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells. Please call the direct line 1-888-976-4212 to receive a discount of $159 per standard room or $259 for a two bedroom condo. Guests are encouraged to carpool to the reception and the next morning to retrieve vehicles. There is a shuttle bus that will be bringing guests back to the hotel at 10:00pm, 11:00pm, and midnight.

What time should we arrive and where?

Answer

Cocktail hour is from 4:00pm-5:30pm. Please arrive during this time so everyone can be ready and seated for dinner. The reception is being held at the Event Barn at Hilliard Farm located at 3524 1st Dr., Oxford, WI 53952

Will there be parking?

There is plenty of parking around the farm and will be properly marked with signage.
