What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 3:00 pm. I would suggest arriving between 2:30 and 2:50.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We will have a semi-formal dress code. We want everyone to look nice, but also be comfortable!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite is addressed with "Guest" then we have reserved a seat for a date. If not, we have only reserved a seat for you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would like to keep it with as few kids as possible so the adults can enjoy the open bar. With that being said, there will be kids due to having so many out of state guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have room blocks at Country Inn & Suites and Econo Lodge in Urbana, IL. There are many other hotels in the area, as well as Airbnb's.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot where everyone can park at the venue. If need-be, vehicles may be left overnight and picked up the next day by 10 am.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a shuttle from the reception to the hotels that will be going back and forth every hour.

Are masks required?

Answer

Masks are not required to attend the event. However, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, then please by all means do so.
