When should I RSVP?

Kindly submit your RSVP by April 14th so we can plan accordingly.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Lairmont Manor — 405 Fieldston Rd, Bellingham, Washington, 98225

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit or blazer with dress pants. Ties are optional. Ladies can opt for mid - floor length dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates. Since the ceremony will take place outside, we recommend wearing block/wedge heels or flats. Please come prepared for the cooler Washington evenings. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to the size of the venue, our budget, and meal planning, we kindly request that only those noted on your invitation attend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Because Lairmont Manor is a historic building with specific guidelines surrounding the use of its property, we’ve had to limit the number of children in attendance. If your child will be requiring their own seat and plate, they will need to be listed on your invitation in order to attend. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, on-site parking will be available! However, parking is limited. We encourage you to carpool with others where possible to help accommodate everyone. When planning transportation, please note we will be having an alcohol-free reception.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Please let the parking attendant know so they can guide you to the parking spots closest to the accessible entrance.

What will the reception be like?

Answer

A live jazz band will be performing after dinner! All are welcome to join us on the dance floor. Tables will be available for those who’d rather watch the musicians play (or admire our funny dance moves) while enjoying coffee & dessert.
