When is the wedding?

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Caberfae Peaks in Cadillac, Michigan - the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Everything will happen in one spot, so once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy the day with us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:30pm to allow a little time to park, grab a seat, and soak it all in before the ceremony begins. We’d love for you to be there to witness the moment we say “I do!”

Will the ceremony or reception be outside?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be indoors, with big windows, woodsy charm, and plenty of space for dinner and dancing. In case of rain, we have a backup plan to keep everyone dry and happy!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Caberfae Peaks Lodge, just steps from the festivities! Rooms book quickly, so please check our Travel & Lodging page for booking info and additional nearby hotel options in Cadillac.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but we’ve decided to make this an adults only celebration so we can all relax and enjoy the evening together. We hope it can be a fun night out for you too!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’ve carefully planned our guest list to keep the day intimate and meaningful. If your invitation includes a guest, we’re so happy to welcome them. If not, we hope you know how much it means to us that you're there to celebrate with us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP — we want you to feel taken care of and included in every part of the celebration (including dinner!). Our caterer is wonderful and happy to accommodate.

Your presence on our wedding day is the greatest gift we could ever ask for. We truly feel lucky to already have everything we need in our home — what we’re most excited for now is making memories together as we start this next chapter. Instead of traditional gifts, we’d be so grateful for contributions to our honeymoon fund. We’re planning a trip filled with adventure, rest, and once-in-a-lifetime moments — and your support will help make it all the more special.
