Shuttle Transportation To and From Wedding

Before Wedding (Holland Hotel Blocks)- A charter bus will plan to pickup guest from the hotel blocks in Holland at the Courtyard Marriott. Guest staying at the Hilton or elsewhere in Holland need to meet at the Courtyard Marriott for pickup. The charter bus will depart the Courtyard Marriott at 4:15pm ET. (Best Western Hotel Block)- A trolley bus will plan to pickup guest from the Best Western twice, at 4:00pm ET & 4:30pm ET. (Downtown Saugatuck)- A trolley bus will plan to pickup guest from the parking lot at Saugatuck High School (401 Elizabeth St, Saugatuck, MI 49453) twice, at 4:10pm ET & 4:40pm ET. This should be walking distance for most guest staying in or near the downtown Saugatuck area. After Wedding (Charter Bus)- Charter bus will plan to return guest to the Best Western and Holland hotel blocks. The charter bus will make a few periodic trips, starting at 9pm ET and the last bus departing Ivy House at the conclusion of the reception at midnight ET. (Trolley Bus)- Trolley bus will plan to return guest to both the Best Western Hotel block and Saugatuck High School. The trolley bus will make a few periodic trips, started at 10:30pm and the last bus departing Ivy House at the conclusion of the reception at midnight ET. **Additionally please note that rideshare is NOT reliable in the Saugatuck area; we strongly recommend booking transportation in advance (we recommend Affordable Limousine) if you choose to stay in an Airbnb.

These are a very common option for lodging, especially when wanting to say with larger groups. The Saugatuck area is home to beautiful hotels, B&Bs and vacation rentals. In addition to the room block options, below we will include a few local favorites. -If you're looking for a true local experience...The Rosemont Inn is cozy, vintage and right near the water. This would be a good option for a group to rent out together. With beach access, it's also a lovely secluded way to experience the area. (https://rosemontinn.com/) -If you're looking for a romantic getaway... The Hotel Saugatuck is boutique, lux and perfectly located. Boasting some of the best reviews in the area, Hotel Saugatuck is also around the corner from Ivy House. We stayed here for my birthday last March and we are obsessed!! (https://www.thehotelsaugatuck.com/) -If you're looking for a homey stay...the Millpond Realty properties are easy, warm and fit for a variety of groups and needs. Transportation
Transportation will be provided from the above listed hotels to and from the Ivy House. Please note that rideshare is NOT reliable in the Saugatuck area. We strongly recommend booking transportation in advance if you are staying in vacation rental, Airbnb, B&B, etc. Below are some recommended ways of getting around Saugatuck: -Affordable Limousine (reserving transportation for larger groups): https://www.affordablelimogr.com/ -Interurban: A demand respond public bus system providing transportation for Saugatuck, Douglas and Saugatuck Township. Simply call 269-857-1418 for your ride anytime during business hours (7am-11pm Friday/Saturday). The ride can be scheduled as early as 15 minutes or you can make a reservation for a specific time. They offer curb to curb service and will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in the service area (described above). It's $2.00 (cash) per person. We've taken this around town and have had really great experiences. (https://www.saugatuckinterurban.org/) **Note Saugatuck is a very walkable place as well and is a great way to see the area if you are staying for the long weekend.
