Transportation Pick Up Times: Carneros Resort & Spa - departs 7:10 pm (shuttle 1) River Terrace Inn - departs 6:55 pm (shuttle 2) Hilton Garden Inn - departs 7:20 pm (shuttle 2) Helpful Notes: -Please be in the hotel lobby about 5-10 minutes before your departure so we can stay on schedule -Shuttles will return to the hotels leaving Farmstead at 10:00 pm

The ceremony and dinner portion of the reception will be outside. Please keep in mind the temperature will drop as the sun starts to set. Transportation Pick Up Times: Hilton Garden Inn - departs 4:50 pm River Terrace Inn - departs 5:00 pm (2nd shuttle to follow shortly after) Helpful Notes: -Please be in the hotel lobby about 5-10 minutes before your departure so we can stay on schedule -Shuttles will be available all evening for return trips -The last shuttle back to the hotels will leave Carneros Resort at 12:00 am
