WILL WE BE ABLE TO RING IN THE NEW YEAR?

Answer

WE SURE WILL! We will be dancing the night away until 12:30 am, if you so choose to stay!

WILL THERE BE A SHUTTLE SERVICE?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from Pinewoods to Grand Stay & Best Western (please see travel tab) if you are staying there. As a friendly reminder, we suggest having a ride scheduled for you to be picked up if you don't plan on staying at the hotel. Being that it is NYE, Ubers/Lyfts may be tough to get or they could be very expensive.

IS THERE PARKING ONSITE?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on site. Also, the great thing about Pinewoods is that cars can be left there overnight if needed!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

It's New Years Eve, we want to see you dress to impress! We ask that you at least wear formal attire such as a dress for women, and a collared shirt, tie and dress slacks for men.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

As much as we love all of your kids, we would love mom & dad to have a night out to ring in the new year! (unless invite notes otherwise)

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!
