Wedding Part 2

2009- Brandon and Courtney have gone to school together since they were in middle school, but they became best friends freshman year in high school. 2015- Courtney would finally realize she was in love with her best friend and could not imagine her life without him. While sitting in her mom's Tahoe in the Stop and Shop parking lot she sent a text to Brandon that would change her life forever. Summer of 2015- Brandon was given the opportunity to move into a duplex that would allow him the ability to apply for his dream job. Brandon asked Courtney to come with him and they have been inseparable since. 2016- In March, Brandon learned he had achieved 15 on his civil service test. This got him closer to his dream career. In July, they adopted their first fur baby Thor. 2017- This year Courtney graduated from college and had to begin applying for teaching jobs. Brandon began going through the physical test for his career. On July 6, 2016 at 9:30 am, Courtney was offered a job teaching high school mathematics. On her way home she called Brandon who was in the process of shaving because he was called in to headquarters to receive his interview from the fire department. They were both offered their dream careers on the same day. Courtney's official hire date was September 1, 2017 and Brandon was sworn in on July 17, 2017. In July, they also adopted their second fur baby Stark. 2018- Brandon asked Courtney if she would like a ring or a cruise over the summer. She chose a cruise but on June 30, Brandon surprised Courtney with a large family barbecue and proposed in front of both of their families. They celebrated their engagement on a cruise in August and then became homeowners on September 28. Courtney is forever grateful for allowing herself to fall in love with her best friend.
