What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

I would give yourself enough time to arrive, at least 10 minutes before. You will probably get lost on your way because the gps will take you the wrong way.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There’s parking right in front of the venue where the ceremony and reception take place. There’s also parking in the lower lot by the church.
