1 p.m.— Ceremony begins
2 p.m.— Ceremony ends, Reception starts
(While everyone is making their way to the reception the wedding party will remain behind for photos, please meet at the spot designated during rehearsal)
2:30 p.m.—Wedding party makes an entrance, Bride & groom make a grand entrance
2:45 p.m.— Lunch is served
2:45 p.m.— Toasts/speeches
3:30 p.m.— Cut cake and serve
4 p.m.— First dance
4:05 p.m.— Parent dances
4:10 p.m.— Dance floor open to all
6:15 p.m.— Last call for dances/food begin close up
6:30 p.m.— Guests start to leave
7 p.m.— Pack up and leave
