How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can either mail in the card provided with your invite, or through the "RSVP" tab on this website. If you are invited to the ceremony and the reception, you will have to RSVP to both! This way I know if you will be included for dinner and for bar purposes! If you can't make the ceremony but could make dinner by 5:30, please RSVP yes to the "Ceremony/Dinner" and then just let one of us know so we can have a handle on our ceremony count! Reception only RSVPs obviously only has one option, but it is just as important :) Please RSVP by June 14, 2026!

What is Dress Code?

Answer

Brandon and I ask that you wear cocktail attire to our wedding! For men, that includes khakis/dress pants or shorts and a button up or if you are feeling fancy, you can wear a suite! For women, that includes dresses, skirts or dressy jumpsuits! We just ask you try and stay away from light blue dresses and charcoal grey suits, if possible :) Please keep in mind, this is end of July, so dress on the cooler side for the outdoor ceremony!

What does it mean if my invitation says i am invited to the "wedding reception"

Answer

Unfortunately, because of limited space in our ceremony area, we are not able to fit all of our amazing friends/family, but we still wanted to celebrate with you. So, if you got a reception only invitation, you are invited to the fun part, the dance party!! As stated on the invitation, we are expecting to start that around 7:00, so please join us around that time or anytime after.

What is the parking/transportation situation?

Answer

Olde 41 has a huge parking lot that will fit all of our guests! We do not have transportation to and from the venue. However, if you book the hotel down the road, that will be walking distance! If not, there are uber options as well as carpooling with other guests!

We will be catering from Renards for our dinner! It will be buffet style, and there will be: 1) Broasted Chicken 2) Beef Tips & Gravy 3) Mashed Potatoes & Gravy 4) Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese 5) Buttered Corn 6) Garden Salad w/ Dressing 7) Dinner Rolls

Is it open bar?

Answer

We will NOT have a complete open bar. We will have complimentary drink options that will start after dinner. Prior to dinner is cash bar. Once dinner is over, complimentary to our guests will be: Coors Light Bud Light Carbliss Captain & Diet Coke Please be aware, Carbliss and Captain and Diet will be complimentary for a limited amount of time. The bartenders will let you know when that time is up. Beer will be complimentary for the entire night.

Am i able to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due limited space and because we have so many amazing people in our lives, we are unable to extend invites to all plus ones. If you were given a plus one, it will be included on the invitation!

Are we able to bring our children?

Answer

We are requesting our wedding be an adult only event (besides the ring bearers). We hope you are still able to join us and maybe even have a good excuse for a well deserved night off!!

Is there easy accessibility?

Answer

Olde 41 does have an elevator for those who prefer that over stairs! You would need to go through the front VanderVest store doors, and it will be to your right! That will take you to the reception area :)
